The school is being promoted by a society, Shri Ganesh Foundation for Education and Research, registered under the Rajasthan Societies Registration Act, 1958 of the State of Rajasthan. The Society is formed mainly for the purpose of promoting quality education at affordable cost and undertaking various research and development for furtherance of its cause.

The school is already recognised by Govt. of Rajasthan and have a strength of approximately 100 Students. In addition, the playgroup and preparatory classes are run to make quality education and orientation availabel to the local kidsj The school have students as day scholars, day boarders, week boarders and boarders.

The Society has employed a pronminent academic as the principal and well trained and qualified teachers as faculties in order to ensure full justice to the very cause of education. The teachers particularly the couple teachers would be encouraged to stay in the campus so that a better deal of coaching, guidance and discipline is available to the students in general and day boarders and boarders in particular.

The school will have fleet of buses to cater to the needs of day scholars, day boarders and week boarders.
